Our Shipping Information

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Cappy's Warehouse Wine & Spirits that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
Title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.  Bottles are repackaged for safe shipping.  Original packaging and or boxes will not be included. 
An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. We will disregard any request to have a delivery left without signature.  
FEDEX will make three delivery attempts.  If no one is available by third attempt package will be returned to our facility and customers credit card will automatically be charged the return shipment amount.  An email stating charge amount will be sent to email address on file.
We offer 3 shipping options:
  1. Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
  2. 2nd Day - 2 business days in transit
  3. Standard Overnight - 1 business day in transit
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. Your order will be processed within 3 business day. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Cappy's is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.

Courier Service
Courier service delivery orders will not be received within the same day.  If you place your order before 4PM, it will be delivered tomorrow.  Orders placed after 4PM will be delivered the day after next.  An adult over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the order at the time of delivery.  If no one is available, the package will be returned to our facility and the customers credit card will automatically be charged the return courier amount.  An email stating the charge amount will be sent to the email address on file.  
Return Policy
30 Day Notice- If you received the wrong item or have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us at (516) 256-0444 or email us at cappys.warehouse@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.  By law, Cappy's can only accept return of goods that are defective in quality.  We will not accept a return of an empty bottle.
Hold for Pick Up
We are happy to hold your paid order at the store for pick up.  Please take note of our store hours on the top of our webpage.  Pickup orders are held for two weeks.  If you do not pick up your order you will receive a full refund to you original form of payment minus a restocking fee of $10.  We are closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday.  On National Holiday's we are open from 9am to 2pm.
